Edit:Very nice customer service. They helped resolve the issue due to which they didn't send the delivery. there was a problem with the payment, which was not their fault. It got resolved. They also offered me a discount code and free delivery. I will soon be ordering something form them and then will update regarding the quality of jewelry itself.Old review:Terribly disappointed. I ordered online, a gift for special occasion, and made payment. But 4 days later they canceled my order without any prior information. Now my order is pending and my money is stuck. Even if they sort it out, I will miss giving the gift at the right moment.
