Dinner was delicious. Service was prompt, efficient and helpful. The menu was printed in Polish and English. Ambiance on the terrace was delightful. My meal was very attractively plated.

Ogólna ocena 4, choć jedzenie oceniam na 5. Wszystko było pyszne i podane dla wszystkich w tym samym czasie. Szczególnie polecam czulent. Byliśmy na zewnątrz i panowała tam trochę dziwna atmosfera. Począwszy od obrzydliwie uprzejmych naganiaczy, a kończąc na chyba menadżerze lokalu żywcem wyjętym z siłowni. Ceny wysokie nawet jak na Kazimierz. I uwaga na obowiązkowo naliczany napiwek 10% do rachunku!!!

Worst tourist trap. Had to grab the menu ourselves and wait 15 minutes for them to take order. Then 30 minutes for coffee and one hour for our desserts.If we would have ordered food we would have waited a week. They have 5 people calling customers in and instead they should focus on taking care of their customers.I do not recommend this place!

Smaczne i dobrze podane jedzenie, sprawna obsługa. Co trochę zaskakujące, menu jest urozmaicone, a nie ograniczone jedynie do much ni żydowskiej.

A great restaurant, delicious fine food, every dish was successful. We enjoyed the salmon fish, fresh spinach salad, great tomato soup in bread. The service was efficient and welcoming. We have been back several times and we highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ptaszyl restaurant in the heart of Krakow's Jewish neighborhood, and I must say that the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I entered the cozy and inviting restaurant, I was struck by the warm and friendly atmosphere that permeated the space. The decor was simple yet elegant, with subtle nods to the restaurant's Jewish heritage in the form of traditional paintings and artifacts adorning the walls.But what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Natalia. From the very beginning, she greeted us with a bright smile and a genuine warmth that immediately put us at ease. Throughout the course of the meal, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to ensure that we had a truly memorable dining experience.As for the food itself, it was simply delicious. The menu offered a range of traditional Jewish dishes, as well as some more modern takes on classic cuisine. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients and an attention to detail that really set it apart from other restaurants in the area.But perhaps the best part of the meal was the exceptional service provided by Natalia. She was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of throughout our meal. She truly deserves a pay raise for her outstanding work, as we all felt completely in love with her.Overall, I would highly recommend Ptaszyl restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Krakow's Jewish neighborhood. Restauracja jak wiele innych na Szerokiej, ale obsługa uprzejma starająca się o klijenta. Przystawki b.dobre. dania obiadowe też smaczne. Piwo dobre. Klimat taki sam jak w ogródku obok i na końcu ulicy. Fajnie jest siąść na Szerokiej ale nic specjalnego.

- Oczekiwanie na przyjęcie zamówienia 25+min, nie było wszystko zajęte, kelnerki nawet mieli czas na pogadanie. Często spotykane w restauracjach gdzie napiwek jest wliczony, bo wiedzą że i tak dostaną, więc nie maja chęci do obsługiwania.- Klient (który na 70% był właścicielem , ale nie wiem na 100%, więc niech zostanie klient) obrażał kelnerek, obgadywał wszystkich gości.- Jedzenie 6/10 ale bardzo szybko było gotowe, co było zaletą po tym wiecznie długim oczekiwaniu na przyjęcie zamówienia.+Z zalet tego miejsca to muzyka grana przez utalentowanego artystę z miłością do tego co robi.+ Fajna lokalizacja, podejście wizualne do wyglądu potraw oraz restauracji.

Fajnie było posiedzieć na słoneczku wiosennym w takim miejscu. Spróbowaliśmy kuchni żydowskiej i było... zaskakująco słodko, po zupie berdyczowskiej z cynamonem i daniu głównym nawet przeszła ochota na deser. Wrażenia z całości pozytywne, bo mimo dość dużego obłożenia sprawna obsługa.
