Krakowska Fundacja Filmowa
The Krakowska Fundacja Filmowa has ignored our official complaint, I am appalled by their lack of response. The offensive behavior displayed by their Deputy Director of Sales & Promotion towards our company is completely unacceptable. It's disheartening to witness such disregard for professionalism and courtesy.I urge Krakowska Fundacja Filmowa to take immediate action and address the concerns raised in the official complaint. Ignoring a complaint not only reflects poorly on the organization but also undermines trust in their ability to handle such matters appropriately.Respectful and prompt responses are crucial for maintaining a positive reputation within the industry.

Krakowska Fundacja Filmowa
We write this review with a heavy heart following an unfortunate experience with Krakowska Fundacja Filmowa, an organisation currently serving as a beacon for Polish cinema. Our recent interactions have revealed a troubling lack of professionalism and an entrenched culture of denial. Our entity, Aro Korol Company Ltd, recently had a disturbing incident involving the Deputy Director of Sales & Promotion at Krakowska Fundacja Filmowa. A letter from the Deputy Director intended for a third party but shared with us, contained insinuations that showcased not only her lack of professionalism but also her ignorance towards British Law. his conduct, now brought to light, is deeply disrespectful and unprofessional. In response, we filed a formal complaint with the President of the Board, hoping for a responsible and professional handling of the situation. Unfortunately, her response was far from satisfactory. She remained in denial, refusing to accept the inappropriate actions of their representative. Such a level of denial, particularly from someone in a crucial position, is not only perplexing but also casts a shadow over the organisation's integrity.Even after a respectful and polite approach to resolve the dispute, these insinuations have not been withdrawn. This unwillingness further exacerbates our concern about Krakowska Fundacja Filmowa's suitability to represent Polish cinema. Their failure to acknowledge the issue, along with their denial of any wrongdoing, points towards a culture of cronyism that undercuts the professionalism one would expect from an organisation in this field. The thought that the documentaries they represent could be negatively impacted due to their unprofessional conduct is disheartening. An organisation lacking in professionalism and integrity should not be entrusted with the representation of Polish cinema. Furthermore, the appropriateness of any government donations or sponsorships to an organisation failing to maintain standards of respect, professionalism, and integrity is highly questionable. We sincerely hope that this feedback will instigate a comprehensive review of their conduct and bring about necessary changes. It is high time that Krakowska Fundacja Filmowa takes responsibility for its actions and rectifies its wrongdoings. It's worth noting that this situation could have been prevented if our concerns were handled appropriately. Despite our best efforts to resolve the issue diplomatically, our attempts were met with dismissal and denial. We trust that this review will serve as a wake-up call for the organisation to enhance their conduct and professionalism.
