The invoice I got for their services is useless. There is no company's data, payment information and other obligatory things. I asked them many times to correct it. Like talking with the wall. Mess, irresponsibility and poor customer service. Not to mention about other problems...

They are a scam. They do not fix your laptop that has been hacked... They are the hackers that hacked into your laptop and they will get you to call them so they can get remote access in your laptop and get information. Then they'll keep charging your card even if you get a new card they will find your new card number somehow and will try to charge it. Please do not do business with them
