Sala zabaw Wilanów - Hop&Pop

Jak dla mnie spory minus za to że na konstrukcję rodzic nie może wejść z dzieckiem. We wszystkich salach, w których do tej pory byliśmy nie było z tym problemu. Córka ma 3 latka i czasem potrzebuje żeby jej pokazać jak przejść do zjeżdżalni, czy po prostu poznać nowe miejsce. Wiadomo że wejście rodzica jest „na chwilę”, żaden rodzic nie przychodzi żeby przez 2h wspinać się po małych labiryntach:/. Ja dzis zostałam poproszona żeby zejść, córka była zawiedziona

A nice place for kids to let of some steam! The play area is well equipped, and in sight from tables. There are also puzzles, books and board games available. The food is ok, bathroom nice and clean. Why not 5 stars? Couse there were no shoe covers, so you had to take of your shoes, and that was inconvenient.

Bardzo fajne atrakcje dla dzieci, spokojnie na > 2 godzinną zabawę. Dla rodziców coś do przekąszenia i dobra kawa. Dosłownie za rogiem pojemny parking.

Fantastyczne miejsce. Od wejścia uśmiechy obsługi co w połączeniu z profesjonalną organizacją daje mega efekt. Gigantyczna sala zabaw dla dzieciaków z fantastycznymi zjeżdżalniami, trampolinami i to wszystko na kilku poziomach. Kulki, tory przeszkód i wiele innych. Dla rodziców pyszna kawa i coś słodkiego. Mam 2 dzieci i nie jedna salę zabaw widziałem, ale ta zostaje moim numerem jeden. Brawo :)

Bardzo fajne miejsce, dzieci bawiły się bardzo długo i chcą wrócić. Jedyny problem, to temperatura w środku latem. Właściciel chyba oszczędza na klimatyzacji, bo mino skwaru na zewnątrz, w środku duszno i gorąco również. Dzieci po zabawie miały mokre włosy i koszulki. Zapytałam obsługi o obniżenie temperatury w środku, to powiedziały, ze maja odgórne wytyczne na ile ma być ustalona i nic nie mogą zrobić.Także słaba alternatywa na upalny dzień, albo mi się zle trafiło.

Simply exceptional! We have organised a birthday party for our son and his preschool friend (both were turning 6) and have encountered the highest level of service at Hop&Pop. We had 16 kids and all had an amazing time there! They played non-stop for 2.5 hours ( with quick breaks for healthy snacks of fresh fruits& oatmeal cookies and drinks).Ms Anastazja was extremely helpful and kind. At the beginning she told me that she would take care of everything and she really did!! From Ninjago Piñata through beautifully served birthday cake to cold pack and octanisept for a kid with a tiny scratch, all was under control. We will definitely organise another party there in the future.

We've been coming here for years. It's still the best children's play centre in Wilanow, without exception. The staff are a pleasant team, with some members being exceptionally good with children. Some speak excellent English. The manager has chosen well and maintains high standards, which is clear to see.The place itself is modern, clean and comfortable. I must say, it really is visually appealing, like it's been designed by an expert in interior design. It's something that stands out about the place. There is a great selection of food and drinks, and even waiter service from nearby restaurants (Indian, Japanese, and Italian). These restaurants are also very good, above average cuisine. The children's play area is clean, well maintained and exciting. There is plenty of space for parents to sit and relax, even when it's busy. The only downside is that sometimes the centre is closed due to private birthday parties. The location is pleasant, easily reached by car, and has plenty of parking. I highly recommend it.

EDIT// I am forced to change my rating ( from 5 to 3 )- downgrade. The level of service has deteriorated in recent months. Parents walk on the structure, children climb the slides creating a threat and the staff does not react. Unfortunately. Now you have to be careful that the child does not hurt himself because staff do not execute the rules. It has to be fixed. Staff has to be present - not only by cutting cakes and making coffee.My son and I have been going to this playroom for years. We consider it one of the best in Warsaw. It's safe, the construction is interesting, it's never crowded, even on weekends. Additionally, the tables are placed so that the whole structure for playing can be seen, so parents can also rest in peace. Very friendly service, on the spot you can drink tea and coffee and have a snack. Next to it there is a small playground with a zip line which we also always use. Great place. What's important, a three-year-old can easily handle everything on his own.
