Hotel Kurpia Arte Wczasy Odchudzające 14 km od Centrum Łomży

W przestrodze ku przyszłym klijentom tej restauracji. W zupie został znaleziony pająk. W rekopensacie pani zaproponowała nam darmowy deser, jednak nie mieliśmy ochoty jeść już w tej restauracji. Zaproponowała nam darmowy alkohol, który wzięliśmy wcześniej, z czego skorzystaliśmy. Nie polecam i przestrzegam. Restauracją powinien się zająć sanepid.

Brak zasłon na oknach w pokoju. O 6.00 rano budziło mnie słońce. Dwukrotna prośba o założenie zasłon kompletnie zignorowana. Obsługa w recepcji i w restauracji nieuprzejma. Jedzenie bardzo niesmaczne. W opcji vege na obiad wysuszone frytki i 2 surówki. Zdecydowanie nie polecam!

I stayed here for a week as I was doing a program. We were a group of ~40 and shared the hotel with other guests.ProsThe location is great, with lovely walks around the countryside and river nearby. You could easily walk for a couple hours from here.They have various communal lounge areas, with comfy sofas and seating. Most of these have big windows too.We came in winter so these facilities were not open but apparently the outdoor pool and sports courts are great in summer. The sauna and indoor jacuzzi were fab.The WiFi is very good, I was easily able to have online meetings using this WiFi.ConsThe dining room is very dark as they never fully open the curtains. The food was ok at best, with very limited options for breakfast and dinner which were both buffet style. Lunch was the hot meal of the day, normally with a tasty soup followed by a main of breaded meat, potatoes and pickled veg. Infrequently there was something sweet offered for dessert at dinner.We often ran out of mugs/water/milk/tea in the conference room we were using, which sometimes took a while to be replenished.There is no toilet on the top floor and only 1 toilet for the ground floor.The main con was our room. We were in room 11, on the lowest floor and our room was very dark, even with the curtains fully open in the middle of the day. The plug sockets were at the opposite end of the room to the head of the beds. The shower got lukewarm at its hottest, the towels provided were rough, no toiletries, including hand wash, were provided, and the toilet door did not lock.

W pokoju czułem się jak w piwnicy, ciemno i brak zasięgu. Stan pokoju też pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

Pięknie położony hotel z widoczkami na tarasie. Byliśmy tylko w restauracji, ale nie wykluczone że kiedyś tu wrócimy. Jedzenie przepyszne, Panie Kelnerki sympatyczne i uśmiechnięte.

Nie polecam Zupa Pomidorowa a raczej koncentrat z wodą i makaronem masakra nie do zjedzenia, drugie danie po takiej zupie odmówiliśmy.

We stayed here for one week as we were taking part in a language exchange initiative. Whilst this is not a great hotel, it served no doubt the purposes of the organisers. Here are a few comments:1) First night of our stay, there was a planned all-night rave in the grounds of the hotel. This went on until after 3.00am. It was impossible to sleep. I am not sure if this is a regular occurence.2) No daily maid service. Rooms tatty. Carpet seemed grubby. Beds and pillows uncomfortable.3) However showers hot and powerful.4) Public areas in much better condition than the bedrooms.5) Food offering well below parr, with little choice. This may be due to budgetary constraints.6) Staff helpful and pleasant.7) Local area pleasant, set in the countryside with some nice walks.Conclusions: This is not a hotel I would chose to stay at again.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Czysto w pokojach. Cena do jakości jest dobra. Uważam ze kiedyś tu wrócimy ..
