Využili jsme služeb Startaxi k dopravě na Libereckou výšinu. Taxi objednané přes appku dorazilo včas. Řidiči při cestě tam i zpět byli vstřícní, profesionální. Vezli jsme s sebou i naše známé a ti si rovněž služby pochvalovali. Děkujeme !

Bizarní taxi-služba. Řidička přijela a ve voze byl ještě (asi) její kluk a přes zadní sedačku velká krabice (nějaká televize,či co). Spěchal jsem, tak jsem s nimi jízdu absolvoval - no ještě jsme se stavili u nich doma a paní ještě s klukem vynesla krabici domů.

I ordered the taxi with my friends because of good reviews, and accidentally left my camera in the trunk of the car. I called the company a minute after I left the car, we spoke for 10 seconds, they hung up and blocked my number. I called from my friend’s phone, asked them about the camera again, they said they would ask the driver, then I waited for some time and tried to call them again but they stopped answering calls from that number too. I asked a woman who speaks Czech to call them from their phone and talk to the company, the company said there is no camera in the car and stopped answering her calls too. I was 100% sure it was there the whole time because there was an AirTag with the camera and I could see its location for the whole time. I went to police and asked them to help me. They managed to get the driver’s number and asked him to wait for us. When we arrived he was pretending to be searching for the camera under the seats, the police asked him to open the trunk and the camera was right there. The driver obviously acted shocked :)Extremely unpleasant experience
