My girlfriend traveled from Kyiv to Warsaw on the 13.1.23. Bus number KA9811AO. The ticket said the bus will have toilet and Wi-Fi. The trip lasted 20 hours. The toilet was locked. The driver wouldn’t let anyone enter it. The driver was also reluctant to stop for pees. No matter how much she asked. When he finally stopped at gas stop the toilet was filthy. There were two drivers. They both were very unfriendly. This ride was inhumane. The bus was over crowded and stink. There was no Wi-Fi as promised. Stay away from that company, their buses and their bad services. Even walking naked in the snow would be better than riding their buses. Awful experience, stay away.
