Project MAP
Wybraliśmy z mężem Project MAP do zaprojektowania naszego mieszkania, do którego trzeba było praktycznie wrzucić bombę. Wyburzaliśmy ściany, przenosiliśmy instalacje, demontowaliśmy dekory z lat 2000. Panie z Project MAP zaproponowały nowy układ pomieszczeń, który od razu nam się spodobał (i sprawdza się do dziś!). Zaprojektowały wszystko: układ funkcjonalny, oświetlenie, hydraulikę, zaprojektowały zabudowę stolarską, rozrysowały układ pomieszczeń z wymiarami mebli (same meble wybieraliśmy już sami, choć wiem, że można to robić też z nimi). Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i ilość decyzji, jakie dziewczyny zdjęły z naszej głowy jest niewyobrażalna. To jest clue ich usług: dzięki ich pracy, nie trzeba było nic poprawiać, przekuwać - po to wszystko mierzą, planują i wymagają od inwestora decyzji, żeby móc przewidywać i działać sprawnie na konkretnym planie/rzucie. Dzięki nim nie podjęliśmy kilku głupich decyzji (a było blisko :)). Do tego proponowały materiały, dostawców i współpracują z wykonawcą, którego też możemy polecić. Inwestor i wykonawca dostają szczegółowe plany, dzięki czemu nie musieliśmy z każdym drobiazgiem przyjeżdzać na budowę i rozrysowywać decyzji ołówkiem na ścianie- wszystko wynikało z planów i rzutów. Podsumowując bardzo polecamy! Dopiero wchodząc w remont amator uświadamia sobie ile pracy i decyzji przed nim, a Project MAP ma wiedzę, doświadczenie, gust i zdejmuje z głowy problemy :)

They are great listeners, pay attention to detail, but at the same time do not hesitate to put red flags whenever your ideas are not likely to serve your needs. Best value for the price!

Extremly happy with the service provided. Honestly I don't know how we would do our flat renovation without them.At the start, they measured everything in our flat and got the schematics, then asked us to choose some decoration inspirations that we liked and share them on Pinterest.And then BOOM!, we got a whole lookbook with various flat designs(different room schematics) and each room described specificaly in a few different color and design settings fromwhich we could work from. We were guided through the flat designs personally in a 3D program so that we could see how it would look like in first person view. What really impressed me is that later I foundout that while they showed us like 4 different room arrangements, they actually had went through like 16, but chose the best ones based on our preferences, light coming from windows and such.Also each piece of custom furniture had its own design, like closets for example and we could choose and customize based on our preferences the specific design.You also get a list of appliences which fit, with multiple options and opinions. Of course, you can choose outside the lists. Lamp selection and location, electrical wiring schematics, flooring, bathroom utilities.. basically every little thing in the flat was proposed in a few different options.Later on, based on the general schematics they contact a few contractors and carpenters and gather offers. As they have the know how, they tell you what offers are good, the pros and cons of different contractors etc.They handle the contact with the stores in which you need to order things like bathroom utilities, kitchen appliences, ceramics etc. And usually you get a good discount as they are a preferred customer.When the renovation work starts, they are in constant contact with the contractor, helping make ad hoc decisions and reviewing the contractors work. For me it was a life saver because I don't know a thing about construction.Also as a total newbie when it comes to decoration, construction and design I had 100000 questions, but all were answered patiently and helped me understand and make better decisions.All in all, I felt like they were a maestro conducting a concert, managing the contractor, carpenter, various stores and deliveries, and finally us, guiding us into making the right decisions.I cant recommend them enough. Without them the renovation would last much longer, and for sure I wouldn't be as proud of my flat as I am now. Best decision ever, the brain of our renovation, worth every penny we paid, if not more!
