Jestem bardzo zadowolona z wizyty w salonie Esperanza. Zabieg henny brow wykonywany z niezwykłą starannością i dokładnością. Od razu widać, że Pani Justyna to profesjonalistka w tym co robi. Bardzo serdecznie polecam. Na pewno będę tam wracać.

Skorzystałam z oferty przedłużenia rzęs 1:1. Jestem bardzo zadowolona ! Zależało mi na naturalnym efekcie i taki też dostałam. Pani jest bardzo sympatyczna i dokładna, widać, że lubi to co robi, stara się robić to na 100%.Na pewno tam wrócę na niejeden zabieg. Ceny są zadowalające.Bardzo polecam.

As a professional person in beauty therapy for many years and always a loyal client to my usual salons to say I am disappointed with this salon and personally with the owner Justyna it’s like not to say anything. At this point I am absolutely discussed with the service I have received and the abuse I got from this girl. On booking appointment she was very nice I had to change the appointment must I say she was very accommodating. As I arrived also nice once she started to work it all began. Using some unprofessional sellotape sticking my eyebrows and pulling it off ( I didn’t ask for a brow shape! ) my eyes were so sore after the appointment I couldn’t see the results even because “the professional” all the time had her fingers poking my eyes. The appointment was 1.5 hours which is absolutely nonsense! How can you do full set properly and professionally for such short time. I had lashes done few times 3 hours it should take professionally! Then once I texted her first time complaining I got offered 30% back but I thought it’s not fair as not even 2 weeks lasted I got them removed as they were always in my eyes making eyes sore plus a lot of gaps and very uneven lashes. The worst part is I was on holidays and looked very embarrassing with this horrible job done by this “professional”. I also contacted my friend who is a professional at this she had seen photos of me and she straight told me it’s very unprofessional job done. So I had no choice but to complain on her Facebook page but guess what she had blocked me and threatened me to delete the comments etc. Her last offer was 50% to give me back but I already had spend more time and money because of her so I refused. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this salon and from this unprofessional girl. There are so many good salons in Rzeszów plus her prices are exactly same as in a nice professional salon so please stay away from her and her unprofessional services!
