I have been practicing Pilates for 15 years, 7 years at Diamond Pilates Studio i Akademia. Bozena and Illona are among the best teachers out there. I love their personalized classes, and the creative way they mix up the apparatus to work on areas that need attention. I have mild Scoliosis and so regular practice and their knowledge of my body and what it needs has made me stronger, more flexible and for the last 7 years free from pain. Regular practice has also helped me maintain my weight and feel emotionally more centered. If you are looking for a top notch studio with experienced teachers, a wonderful atmosphere, and great service Diamond Pilates is the place to go.

Before starting at Diamond Pilates, my back problem was so bad that I could not turn over in bed without pain. Starting at Diamond was profound for me. Their personal attention to my exact injury changed my life as after a few weeks of pilates, I had no pain. Each session is personalized to how I'm feeling that day, if I have an injury, etc. Bozena and Ilona have been transformational for me and after almost 7 years, I have sent many people to them because they are so knowledgable, personal, and creative with each machine or each workout. I cannot speak highly enough of Diamond and the experience I've had there. Truly great.
