Just unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from the host! First she wanted to make profit of my friends sweater and now she will not give us our deposit back, which was payed already 3 months ago! It‘s a SCAM!

Everyone who is running an apartment / hotel business wouldn't behave like this lady! We transferred her a deposit and we are still waiting to get it back after 3 months! Even though we were assured that the hotel owner is working on it, she suddenly started to ignore our mails and calls. Honestly, this is a behaviour of a scammer!

Місце розташування апартаментів просто суперове, вигляд з вікна на ринкову площу, самий центр міста. Стосовно самого житла, є певні зауваження щодо витяжки у ванній кімнаті.

Wir hatten ein vierer Apartment im ersten Stock. Aufenthalt selbst war in Ordnung, der Service allerdings katastrophal.Habe einen Pullover im Apartment vergessenen und die Vermieterin wollte 40€ für den Versand haben (kostet eigentlich 12€). Als ich gefragt habe, ob wir an dem Preis noch was machen könnten, wurden meine Mails und Anrufe einfach ignoriert. Den Pulli haben ich nur bekommen, weil ich das Geld überwiesen habe und die Vermieterin von einer ihr nicht bekannten Nummer angerufen habe…Zudem haben wir bis heute (Aufenthalt war vor 3 Monaten) unsere Kaution nicht wieder bekommen. Auch hier ignoriert die Vermieterin unsere Mails und Anrufe. So löst man hier anscheinend jegliche Probleme.Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Oszustwo. 10 min przed zakwaterowaniem ,pomimo rezerwacji przez booking, to coś dzwoni i żąda 600zl kaucji i wypytuje o prywatne sprawy. Żenada na najwyższym poziomie. Później nie odbiera telefonu. Wieś śpiewa i tańczy.

Our deposit was transferred to an incorrect account, although the correct account information was provided in a timely manner. After that, dissembling and ignorance, partly even mockery and blackmail that we should delete our rating, otherwise we would not get our money back.Bathroom hardly usable. Clogged drain, tiles destroyed, virtually a crater in front of the toilet.A forgotten sweater should cost us 40 euros, although shipping costs 13 euros. Here they wanted to make a nice profit.Finally, after 4 months, we got our deposit back. However, not from the host, but after many many phone calls with many credit Institutions, many emails, stress, rejections and persistence.A good host would have noticed her mistake and paid us the deposit immediately, while taking care of her own mistakes. A good hostess would have been a transparent, dedicated, friendly contact. I can't say that applies to this host.Stay away from this host, the stress in special situations is not worth it. I recommend reading other reviews here and on Tripadvisor.(You can see on Booking that we were guests at Wroclaw Inn Apartments, although the hostess tries desperately to deny that here.)

Oszustka!!! Proponuje odwołanie rezerwacji pare dni przed przyjazdem, a jak ktoś się nie zgadza to mówi, że apartament zalany!!! Miała pokryć koszty transportu czego nie zrobiła, dopiero Booking za nią to zrobił. Jeszcze bezczelnie kłamie, że odwołanie rezerwacji na moją prośbę!!!! Odradzam!!!
