Teofil z Katowic Teofil Pawłowski

I met Teofil while on a trip to Poznan and saw him perform. Needless to say, I was blown away by his fun, energetic and effortless style. After borrowing my grandfather’s accordion I immediately contacted him for lessons. As a teacher he is empathetic, passionate, inventive and most importantly, patient. He curated lessons designed specifically for my taste and skill level while also opening my eyes to new styles I’ve never played or listened to before (such as oberki and kujawiaki). He pushed me to reinvent my own playing and to figure out new ways of playing harmonic and melodic runs. There is so much more I can go on about, but if you’re needing an accordion teacher, look no further, you have found him.

Zajęcia pierwsza klasa! Bardzo motywujące podejście do dorosłych, co w przypadku uczniów niemających żadnego wykształcenia muzycznego i zielonego pojęcia o nutach i innych akordach się super sprawdza, a wręcz nawet chce się tych wszystkich znaczków nauczyć ;) Program dopasowany do potrzeb, chęci i umiejętności ucznia - duży plus za to! Przyjemna atmosfera, obszerna wiedza przekazywana w bardzo przystępny sposób i fajny flow - polecam serdecznie!

I couldn’t imagine better musicians to play our first song and then to get the crowd going. The music had such an incredible energy. Everyone was dancing without inhibitions, people that didn’t know each other were connecting through the dancing it was magical. It was so good that it was really hard to take a break even for a few seconds because the music beckoned you to keep going. I would highly recommend Teofil and his band if you want to have an unforgettable night.
