They were very aggressive and unprofessional with my POA when addressing an issue they had with someone renting my unit (I live and work abroad - and by default I am a black sheep, I bet). They apparently screamed at my POA over the phone that there was a problem before he had a chance to anything to address it. I understand that there was a problem but you don't have to bite someone's head off when you approach them - especially the first time around. I think they have forgotten that they do not own the building but they are hired by the people who own apartments in the building... Yes, I live abroad today but I may come back one day and then what?

Wg mnie niekompetentna firma w której pracują niedoszkoleni ludzie. Uważają, że to oni są najważniejsi a zapominają kto jest dla kogo. Zajmują się administracją bardziej z przypadku niż z kompetencji. Proponuję dobrze zorientować się zanim wybierze się tą firmę jako administratora budynku czy osiedla.
