1) lost my luggage.2) disagreed to file a complaint/claim for lost baggage till after I waited for 2 hours.3) spent 45 minutes to file the complaint.4) took 2+ hours to pick up the call and identify my luggage. I was literally waiting, holding the call at the airport booth listening to their irritating music.5) took 2 hours to hand me the luggage.No body even said a sorry. This is the only way they function. They told me they do not send out luggage to your address. Nobody responded at the airport office.WORST SERVICES EVER.

Valójában logisztikai feladatomat láttam el itt. Nem volt egyszerű, mert a megadott címen a logisztikai cég nem volt jelen, így az Airport Service segítségét kértem a csomag átadása érdekében, aki készséggel állt a rendelkezésemre. Sajnos van negatív élményem is. Mivel a munkámat láttam el, így a parkolásnak ingyenesnek kellett volna lennie, de az ügyintéző a parkolójegyemet nem érvényesítette, hogy az ingyenessé váljon. Így a parkolásért tizetnem kellett 110 Zloty-t, ami 11.000 forintnak megfelelő.

Leciałem z Gdańska 40 minut, bagaż dostałem po godzinie...Nikt nie wyszedł, nie wytłumaczył.Telefonu firmowego nikt nie odbiera.W biurze chill out, któremu przewodzi arogancka kobieta z temblakiem.Poczucie ogólnej bezkarności i spławianie...na zapleczu, kobieta arogancka z temblakiem, odmówiła danych, nie nosi plakietki, przedstawiana, jako kierownik, plotkuąca przez komórkę i trzy inne osoby, kanapki, pasjans... wśród brudu i syfu porozrzucanych wszędzie pouszkadzanych bagaży.Dopiero druga interwencja dała efekt bagaże udało się nagle odnalźć.BezkarnośćArogancjaNiechęć...Oby nigdy więcej

Porazka- zajmuja sie moim zagubionym bagazem i nie jestem sie w stanie skontaktowac na zadnym numerze z absolutnie nikim. Podobno przekazano bagaz do kuriera ktorego numer tez jest nieaktualny.

Masakra. Po raz kolejny dostarczenie bagażu zajmuje kilkadziesiąt minut. Brak jakiegokolwiek wyjaśnienia.

Katastrofalna obsługa lotniska, gorzej tylko w Afryce...szkoda komentować

My husband and I recently flew our Mooney to Gdansk and worked with LS Airport Services. Everyone we worked with at LS Services was professional, friendly and helpful. The total fees were reasonable and well worth it for the assistance. We would highly recommend using their services if you are flying into Gdansk as general aviation.
