Cracow Holidays - Local Tours & Airport Transfers

Booked our tour to Auschwitz with Cracow holidays and Wojciech was our driver. He made the journey extremely pleasant and was very friendly. The car was comfortable and clean and was exactly where he said he would be. All our expectations were met. Thank you for taking us.

Booked a day trip via Viator which was paid and confirmed. I didn’t receive any notification on pickup time the day before as the site indicated. I called the morning of to confirm the pickup 20 minutes prior, no answer. I received a call at the scheduled pickup time listed on the site saying the location of the day trip was closed but I could reschedule for tomorrow (which is a national holiday so the site is even more likely to be closed). I advised the site wasn’t closed because I confirmed the day prior to the trip that they were open for the day i intended to visit. The gentleman continued to lie and said he tried to email me (he did not because I checked my spam and you can message directly through Viator if needed) and he said he tried to call but my phone was off (it was not off and he had no problem calling to tell me he wasn’t coming). I’m working with Viator for a refund and thankfully I paid with PayPal who handles legal proceedings on my behalf for services not rendered and refusals of refunds. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

We pre booked our transfers and tours before we left england.When we arrived in poland we had no problem finding our driver in the airport.The vehicle was top of the range and very modern and clean.The drivers were friendly and professional and spoke very good english.Pick up times for transfers and trips exactly at requested times.Must of all the price from the airport and back to the airport and the trips to the salt mines and Auschwitz and Birkenau was very attractive.Cant recommend them enough. We would give them more than five stars rating this company.Thank you Wojciech and the drivers for a first class service.
