It was a very pleasant experience. Mike met me at the terminal and walked me to the car, so I avoided waiting in long lines at the counter (which sometimes could be annoying after a long flight). Car was ready as promised, check out took 5 min, all digital, no papers. I can highly recommend them and when I’m back in Warsaw I’ll use them again

Whenever we come visit family in Warsaw, we always use this company for car rental. We’ve been using them for a few years now this will be our 4th time using their services. Incredible customer service from Krzysztof and the team! They’re extremely accommodating, the cars are always clean, stellar delivery and pick up service at your convenience. 10 out of 10!

Excellent service! I was greeted by a representative at the airport and walked to the car. I got an upgrade without extra fee. The representative was always available under direct phone number via call/text. So far the best rental experience I’ve had.
