We took part in the extremely funny activity! The tour named beer tasting gdansk was just amazing. The guide did good job and we had lots of different beers to try. Moreover, there was enough food for dinner for us. We took part as a group of 8 people and everyone was satisfied. I recommend it to anyone who want to learn Gdansk in the alternative way.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I am a UK travel professional and I made a booking on behalf of a client in February this year to travel in July.The company emailed me less than 48hts before the tour saying that they could not provide the tour at the price agreed on and confirmed. They would not honour the notional price and were not prepared to look for an alternative unless we paid more money.Service is absolutely shocking and legally, questionable as a contract of service existed at an agreed price and they renaged

Badly organized. I ordered a tour for my mother and her friend and specified in the form that the tour is not for me. Nonetheless, they put my name on the train tickets and gave my phone to a driver and a tour guide. Even after I contacted them and stated again that the tour is not for me, they didn't do anything and even rejected to change the name on the tickets. For the record, changing the name was possible and the railway company allows to do it for free but only the one who bought a ticket can make such a change. They basically said it was my problem and in the end, I had to buy tickets additionally because of their unprofessionalism.P.S. Despite the negative experience of dealing with Rosotravel, the tour guide did an amazing job and my mother had a great time. Nie polecam. Zarezerwowałem przewodnika ale nie mogem dokonać płatności ze względy na brak akceptacji regulaminu płątności którego nie było opcji jak zaakceptować. Po dwóch dniach prób dodzwoniania się do firmy udało mi się łaskawie z nimi na Whatsapp skontaktować i dowiedziałem że ta opcja jest niekatualna. Strata czasu i nerwów.

During our trip to Poland we were looking for Polish company who will take care of us. By accident we have found rosotravel and as it turned out they provide tours in whole Poland. We have visited with them Gdansk, Warsaw and Krakow. In each city we took part in old town sightseeing and each tours was provided just by outstanding guides! We compare the prices to others companies and they offer definitely beat them, whats more we got 5% discount for taking a few tours. The customer service what also lovely thank you for your assistance during our stay!

We have chosen ROSOTRAVEL for a company event and it was excellent choice. We took part in the combination of food tour and beer tasting tour. The food was delicious and the beers enough to have a great fun. Our guide told us many incredible, sometimes crazy stories which we have enjoined. We recommend their service!
