Such an amazing place! A real gastronomic experience. In my case, Im vegan, all dishes were adapted to my diet keeping the escense of the receipees and marinatinf the wines accordingly. Each time a new dish arrives at the table, someone provides a detailed explanation of its origin and how the dish was thought. The same with each wine.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Epoka. Marcin and his staff were very welcoming and friendly and guided me through the history of the location and the food and patiently answered all my ignorant questions.The dishes of the tasting menu were exquisite and well paced. Each dish had a clear vision and it was especially interesting that they were based on old but exotic variants of the familiar Polish dishes. Of course the ingredients were of the highest quality and expertly prepared. I enjoyed that there were many layers of each dish to explore with each bite.I only have limited experience with fine dining, but I know that the next time I want to treat myself in Warszawa, I will come back.

Wyjątkowe miejsce na kulinarnej mapie Warszawy, a także całej Polski. Ich menu degustacyjne to nie tylko kompozycja miniaturowych dzieł sztuki, ale również piękna kulinarna historia Polski przedstawiona na talerzu. Niesamowita dbałość o detale Marcina Przybysza oraz całego zespołu Epoki powoduje, że to przeżycie nie odbiega od tych, których możemy doświadczyć w dwu i trzygwiazdkowych europejskich restauracjach. Jest to doskonała przestrzeń dla fanów dobrego wina, pięknych wnętrz oraz nietuzinkowego podejścia do kuchni.

Dla nas najlepsza restauracja z menu degustacyjnym w Warszawie. I chodzi o całość: estetyka, obsługa, jedzenie: zarówno smak jak i kreatywność, podanie, tempo, dostosowanie do klienta.Wagyu wolę dostawać jakie jest, po grillu na talerzu. Jest tak dobra sama w sobie, że nie trudno ją zepsuć lub odebrać to co w niej najlepsze. Niemniej, dania jakie nam zaserwowano były przesmaczne i zaskakujące. Na pewno wrócimy!!

Epoka, to bez wątpliwości najlepsza restauracja fine-diningowa w Warszawie. Marcin Przybysz jest pasjonatem kuchni polskiej oraz jej historii i w czasie degustacji zaprasza nas w podróż po smakach Polski. Jego dania są zaskakujące, dopracowane w każdym detalu, sposób podania jest bardzo oryginalny. Epoka to na pewno poziom gwiazdki Michelin, jak nie dwóch.Nie mogę się doczekać kolejnej podróży i trzymam kciuki za gwiazdkę!

Nie doświadczyłem tak wyjątkowego wieczoru w żadnej restauracji w Polsce. Niewiarygodne przywiązanie do detalu (naczynia, sztućce), bardzo profesjonalna obsługa, wyjątkowy wine pairing (częściowo wina niedostępne w polskiej dystrybucji - kłaniam się nisko!) i rzecz jasna wybitna, zaskakująca kuchnia. W fine diningu coraz częściej miewa się wrażenie, że „wszystko już było”, ale Epoka naprawdę potrafi zaskoczyć. Warto!

We visited the restaurant after recommendation from our hotel. The venue has a gorgeous modern interior dominated by velvet and marble. The staff was very friendly and relaxed, yet without being intruding.We arrived at 20:00 and chose for the 20 recipes menu with wine pairing. The food was absolutely delicious and the plating imaginative, definitely worth five stars for that! Staff explained each dish very well. Although the wines were entirely according to our taste, I was a little disappointed not to see any polish wines in the pairing. The staff explained that this was due to a preference for a good match rather than keeping to a specific region, which is a good enough reason to me.So, why not five stars? The evening felt rushed. Some of the staff spoke very fast (as he just wanted to get it over with) and there was rarely a second to breathe between dishes. Thus, the small break to showcase the history of the resto and the kitchen was appreciated. We definitely recommend a visit to Epoka, but see to that you arrive a bit earlier to leave some breathing room during your evening.

Whether you're a foodie or just someone who appreciates good flavors, Epoka restaurant is sure to impress.
