WORST AIRLINE EVER, DON'T FLIGHT WITH THEM.Complain opened in March 3rd (11 weeks), still have no solution or useful answer.OTHER REALLY LOW COST AIRLINES HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ARE MUCH MORE BETTER THAN THIS ONE.

super le service tu sonne pour un renseignement en français tu attend tu attend .... tu arrive après 28 min d'attende dans un pays exotique un call center qui peux pas t'aider y faut voir a l’aéroport Misieur" me dit elle.Alors tu essaye en Anglais tu attend tu attend plus de 25 minutes et pas de réponse... Donc tu sonne en flamand et pas de réponse après 15 min go to hell !!"

Flew from Corfu to Brussels - 2:45h without even basic water for free. Austrian Air for example provided free hot food for everyone and 2 drinks on a even shorter flight into Corfu from Vienna.Airplane also rattled and shook weirdly even though the flight conditions were good (Captains own words). Business class not even separated with a cloth from economy class. If I have a choice I will prefer another airline the next time.

Worst company I've ever traveled.They will try to steal your money by all means! Their support on the website doesn't work at all!Contact me if your company has any remnants of conscience. I have a baggage complaint and can not leave it because your website doesn't work

Due to a late gate announcement at brussels airport, i was delayed in the slow custom controls and missed my connection. Bussels airlines blames the airport and refused to help me get a new ticket. I had to pay a new ticket for an extreme price. I never experienced such a treatment from an airline company.
