Pretty small shop located in a duty free area. Not many items to select, mainly perfumes

I just got out of there ... The girl was really nice and patient; never tried to interrupt me or anything while I was looking around.

Zrobiłem zakupy za ponad 1000 pln. Żadnego gratisa …. Pan przekazuje że firma nie przekazuje niczego dla klientów i świeci oczyma za firmę. Obsługa nieuprzejma… pakowanie absolutnie poza standardem VS. Lepiej zlikwidować taki sklep albo zatrudnić innych sprzedawców.

My wife ordered perfumes online with Inpost delivery and after waiting few days sh found the order is delivered in tracking portal despite she didn't receive it.She contacted the customer service and they said for us it's delivered and go contact Inpost and refused to help. My wife filled complain with Inpost and they never replied.So they took our money and we received nothing.TAKE CARE OF THEIR FISHY ONLINE SHOPPING AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I visited this store when I was flying back home in December 21. Although it’s one of the smallest VS stores I‘ve ever seen, shopping here was a lovely experience. The lady was very kind and showed me a few nice scents, I ended up buying only one but now I regret it because I should’ve bought more ;) she was really helpful but also let me look around and didn’t follow me through the whole store like a security officer (which was great, because I‘ve experienced this in another VS store and it was disturbing). Unfortunately they only had parfumes and a small variety of other products like robes, but it‘s okay. There was also a really kind male employee who I chatted with during the checkout, cool to see men working at VS too:) waaaaaayyy better customer service than back home in Zürich. I will definitely visit again next time when I‘m in Poland. And oh the VS scents are just to die for!

I bought an expensive set of perfumes ad basically just got scammed. The bombshell" perfume was COMPLETELY empty and so was the "Love" perfume. The 3 others were half way empty or nearly full."

Fatalna jakość bielizny - zarówno wykonania, jak i materiału. Obsługa internetowa klienta na najniższym poziomie. Brak możliwości wymiany zakupionych internetowo (!) przedmiotów na inny rozmiar. Byle jak, byle co, byle sprzedać. Czytajcie uważnie regulamin, bo można się nieźle wkopać ;) Rozczarowanie po raz kolejny, już nie dam się nabrać i Was również przestrzegam!

Przez ponad 5 minut nikt do mnie nie podszedł. Nie mam doświadczenia w kupowaniu damskiej bielizny i musiałem się poddać i zrezygnować. 2 maja ~ 19.30
