I’m surprised with the amount of missed information about the appraisal. The appraisal shows me that it’s ok to lie about the property. When I called to ask him about it. Why he said the the roof is ceramic when it’s not, he said “the appraisal is correct “ He has no idea of the year of property. … and many other inconsistencies with his report. My feeling is that he is only looking out for his and the banks internet. I will seek legal consul to sue him.
