Worst experience ever. They attract you with nice price on the web and then bust you with additional prices and fines for anything (like being few minutes late). The young boys at the desk are also unskilled, arrogant and future-less.

1. I have returned the car without scratches with evidence photos provided to Magrent, however Magrent's excuse was that they are not responsible if any damages would occur after the car was parked at the rental return multi storage public car park before it was checked by an employee the next day.2. Two weeks after returning the car I've received an email from Magrent with photo showing a scratch on the rear bumper at the height of the reversing sensors. However, the photo does not show the license plate or model of the car, for me this is not evidence.3. Having asked for photo of the damage with visible number plate, on the provided picture , the rear bumper scratch is not visible.4. Magrent charged my credit card £725 to fix the scratch on the bumper. However they wont provide me with the repairers invoice.I have a quote from Skoda for the cost of painting the bumper together with labor for £230 net. The service time is three working days.This is a scam!

Abbiamo noleggiato un auto tramite.Essendo un conosrzio di noleggiatori ci hanno fatto avere l'auto tramite Mag rent.Abbiamo pagato un assicurazione totale aggiu tiva che copriva qualsiasi cosa.Abbiamo bucato in autostrada, fermati a bordo strada ci siamo accorti che l'auto era sprovvista di cric.Abbiamo chiamato l'agenzia la quale non vi ha aiutato rimpallanodci all'agenzia di Cracovia.Bessuna delle due agenzia ha voluto prendere in carico in modo tempestivo il nostro problema e dopo 3h a bordo strada aspettando un ipotetico soccorso abbiamo fermato un automobilista con un auto simile e ci siamo fatti prestare il cric.Incompetenti e menefreghisti. Da evitare assolutamente
