We had a nice stay. Quite a good breakfast with a lot of variety. Friendly and cheerful staff. We enjoyed the view and the convenience of the location.Agnes, the concierge was an angel. So helpful. Please give her a raise!!!

This is a very good hotel even if it appears as a typical corporate place. The service and cleanliness are superb. The staff is very friendly despite a tremendous number of travelers that they have to deal with. The pool on a top floor is positively fantastic. Unfortunately, their One Bar spoils a general impression. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, but the necessity to maintain the good tradition of tipping only voluntarily is demonstrated there like nowhere else. It looks sleazy and inappropriate to automatically add a high tip to the bill, regardless of the quality of service. Despite two or three young people behind the counter, no one was coming to the tables neither in the beginning nor at the end. So, the 12% service tip is forced on customers for ... no service. I understand that the hotel might only lease the place to a separate company that runs the bar, but its low quality negatively affects the hotel itself.

Sleek, modern and upscale all accurately describe the Warsaw Intercontinental. The hotel is centrally located across from the Palace. The health club and swimming pool on the top floor are rather elegant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and you have a desk if you are a digital nomad and need some quiet time. My status was recognized and an arrival snack were already in the room. There are some high end dining restaurants worth a visit. Fabulous experience overall.

The hotel meets what you expect to have from a brand like InterContinental, the luxury in everything they present, the standards they follow and the service they provide. The breakfast was international, variety is amazing, only they have to consider some Halal meat among the options. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Room has amazing facilities to please your needs, shoe polish ironing board etc.. if you need something extra the hotel will provide it in minutes. The bed was very comfortable, pillow options were available as well. The location is prime, very close to everything in the center of a great City like Warsaw, taxi stand is just across the street, biggest mall is less than 5 minutes walking, many options of restaurants and cafes around it. The WiFi was great and open for everyone to use.As the hotel is one of an international chain, it would be great if they add bidet" to the bathroom

The hotel is Twenty years old but It looks in a very good shape. The rooms are clean. The concierge are very knowledgeable. And the stuff are friendly. I would highly recommend staying at Intercontinental hotel.

Niedostosowany do rodzin i przereklamowany.To miejsce niestety nie jest idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi - brak kącika zabaw sprawia, że jest to trudne miejsce dla młodszych gości. Dodatkowo, basen na 45/47 piętrze jest często zatłoczony przez turystów robionych nieskończone ilości selfie, co utrudnia relaksację i korzystanie z udogodnień. Walka o wolne miejsce obok jacuzzi to kolejny minus. Wielu gości przychodzi głównie dla możliwości zrobienia check-in"
