The salt mine tour is amazing. They have statues and cathedrals and concert halls deep underground. Also, you get to lick the walls.The tour guide is also really good at their job. The entire tour is about 2 hours, and it is about 100 zł, but it is a good expenditure of your time and money.

The whole team at KrakowTrip were really great and the day trip we took to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines was a highlight of our brief trip to Krakow. Great communicators and seamless transfers between our drivers and guides. Thank you very much Daniel, Patrick and Lucas!

All sorted through Daniel to begin with then a great driver Patrick. All very smooth and organisation was first rate. The concentration camp and salt mine tours were as impressive as the organisation - thank you for arranging for my family.

The tour guides we had made this very memorable. Both were versed in the history and were not just stating facts but giving some insight. Especially our Auschwitz your guide Symen (sp?). He really just talked to us as he brought us around to this horrible but sacred sight.

I was in 2 minds whether to do this tour as I knew it was going to be very emotional due to the history however seeing is believing.Krakow tours were very professional , organised and very friendly.I am so glad I choose to do this tour in the end as it would have been sacrilege to miss such an experience on a recent visit to Poland .

Absolutely fantastic experience booking with these guys with incredible service. Daniel arranged our private trip to Auschwitz at just a days notice as we had left it late to book. Our driver, Victor, was incredibly pleasant, helpful and chatty. He drove us to Auschwitz and walked in with us to get our tickets and get us to the correct tour group. Auschwitz can never be described a great, but it was utterly gut wrenching and very very hard to comprehend but I feel everyone should visit here to understand the truth to what happened and what those millions actually endured. It is beyond anything your mind can imagine. I cannot recommend this company enough to book with. Response times, professionalism, everything was perfect. Thank you so much to Daniel and Victor!

Mój syn chcial sie wykompac w prysznicach i nagle se zasnął i nie chcial sie obudzic. Jeszcze śpi do dzisiaj. I zapytaliśmy sie pracowników aby nam dali coś do jedzenia i zaczeli krzyczeć na nas po Niemiecku. Nie polecam.
