I’ve been going to this studio several times already since I moved to Warsaw. I’ve done ballet classes, some yoga, pilates and really excited to try Gyrotonic.I must say that whenever I’m spending time there, Natalia and Kris always make me feel comfortable and like at home. This studio is in the beautiful area of Stara Ochota, one of the best areas in Warsaw. Surrounded by really nice little shops, coffee places and restaurants. I highly recommend to whoever wants to experience something that makes you reconnect with your inner-self. Natalia and Kris are really empathetic and open to welcome you in their best way.
