Vingio korpuse palėpiniuose kambariuose bereikalingai įrengtose voniose po dušu prausiantis neįmanoma atsistoti, kadangi remiesi į lubas, reikia atsiklaupti (o jeigu tu po stuburo operacijos). Centriniuose rūmuose prie procedūrinių kabinetų galėtų būti keletas kušečių (arba atskiroje patalpoje), kad po stuburo operacijų žmonės galėtų prigulti (negali visą laiką stovėti). Labai blogai prižiūrima teritorija ir rizikingai slidžios vietos - laiptai, laiptų aikštelės, Mineral Spa neįgaliųjų pandusas beveik visada slidus. Sanatorijoje trūksta atidumo sunkiai vaikščiojantiems asmenims, pvz. Cenntrinių rūmų pagrindinio įėjimo duris nelengva atidaryti ir sveikajam

Teko skambintis dėl reabilitacijos 2023-05-17. Pokalbis buvo siaubingai nemandagus, atsiliepęs žmogus apskritai neturėtų dirbti darbo susijusio su žmonėmis. Susitvarkykite personalo komunikacijos etiką.

The quality of service dropped significantly as of 2023 Jan...My mother visited this sanatorium 6 or 7 years in a row and a few times before that as it was her favorite (she visited local competitors too) and this was likely the last visit. Over all those years the only major complaint she had was on-going construction work going on in front of her window and to staff's credit they moved her to a different room. This year the price increased as expected, but the overall quality dropped and she wasn't happy with what she got for the money.She went for medical treatment and the stay isn't cheap. At this point staying at a hotel or airbnb place, while getting treatment in a private clinic might provide better value.This used to be among the best (or at least my mom's favorite among fairly strong competitors), now it's only among the best if you visit one of the premium suites. The basic suite facility availability was reduced to half of what it was (if not less). There are no appliances in the rooms apart from TV. The quality of cleaning dropped from okay/good (varies) to subpar. The some of the staff remain just as rude as they were throughout the years.The room had an outdated info booklets (regarding facilities, schedules, prices and such). There were a lot of misunderstandings during the stay because of it. For instance on first day she missed supper, because the booklet said it's served to later time than it actually was.The bathroom stanks of sewage (plumbing issue?) and bath hasn't seen a proper cleaning in a while. The surface of the bath was covered a layer of limescale that was visible (yellow tint) and rough to the touch. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling and dust in corners.There are many facilities this sanatorium has to offer, but some of them (like swimming pool) started treating basic suite visitors as 2nd class. If you're a basic suite resident, you can get in by paying (fair), but premium suite residents get priority and the staff is reluctant about letting you use them. It's not a strict no"
