Nie polecam owej wypożyczalni gdyż po zdaniu auta , w trakcie lotu samolotem , zorientowaliśmy się , że został tam nasz portfel. Kontakt z wypożyczalnią był utrudniony. Gdy już się skontaktowaliśmy Panstwo zaczęło się wymigiwać że nie znaleźli a później że oni komuś oddają ten samochód do czyszczenia, nie wiedzą komu... Moim zdaniem, takie zachowanie jest nie dopuszczalne, tym bardziej że jest to tak duża firma. Do dnia dzisiejszego nikt sie z nami nie skontaktował w tej sprawie. Nie polecam !!!

Ich habe schlichtweg niemanden am Schalter angetroffen und auch nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit, allein als Mutter mit Säugling konnte ich niemanden unter der angegebenen Nummer erreichen. Mein Flug hatte 30Minuten Verspätung und d ie Flugnummer hatte ich für solche Fälle hinterlegt. Ich musste mir Nachts im Dezember bei Regen ein Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens suchen und konnte meine eigentliche Unterkunft am Zielort nicht wahrnehmen. Dadurch sind mir zusätzliche Kosten und viel Ärger entstanden. Ich bin gespannt, welcheLösung mir Morgen früh angeboten wird.

Quick and hassle free. I have read some horror stories about other car rentals in Gdansk and their customers being charged for the preexisting little scratches so was a bit weary, but with this reputable company it was not an issue. Affordable and transparent pricing and easy return.

Returned the car with the full tank but after returning home noticed they still charged me.Avoid Budget...had similar situation when car renting in Italy, came home to be surprised by a 660 euros charge.

Very dishonest agency and certainly the worst of the area. Check the condition of the vehicle very carefully before signing their vehicle condition document" as they are more or less always false and incomplete. They shall try to make you pay for repairs when returning the car."

3 months after I return my rental car did I get a bill for clean sand from back seat of the car. It seems like no reason for use special company to clean car because of this sand. The cleaning was done 2,5 months after I return the car. Since it is not Budget how are running this rental car in Poland, but a company represent Budget (Van Ameyde) you will not get any help contact Budget with your complain.They also deduct my deposit for extra driver even they say it not cost extra when I rent the car.If you want a carefree renting you should avoid this company.

Wir haben für unsere Zwillinge zwei Autositze gemietet. Es hatte nur noch einen sehr alten Autositz und eine Babyschale, welche zu klein ist für unsere Kinder. Da wir keine anderer Wahl hatten, nahmen wir die Sitze. Bei der Montage konnte uns auch niemand helfen und es gab keine Anleitung. Die Sitze waren nicht billige und ich finde, die Firma spart am falschen Ort.
