I frequently fly to poland and always use discover cars for my rental booking but this was my first time using Europcar through them. When I arrived at the EUROPCAR kiosk at chopin airport, it was busy with only 1 employee looking after everyone which took a long time. When it was my turn and I provided my information, I was told the car I chose (an economy, which I always choose because I don't want a big car, as I'm coming from Ireland and I'm not comfortable driving on the other side of the road) wasn't available and I had to take a bigger car or wait a few hours until one was returned by another customer later in the day (couldn't guarantee me a time). I was told there was no extra charge for this as it was the companies fault the car I booked wasn't available.The total price for my booking was suppose to be 101EUR. The form I signed said 150EUR and the employee at the desk said that was the price for that type of car but I wouldn't be charged anything more than I'm suppose to in my original rental agreement with Discovery. However, after I completed the rental and returned home from Poland, I'm charged the 150EUR. After contacting support numerous times I got told there is nothing they can do as the document I signed was for 150EUR and they will not be refunding me anything. I asked them to share the email address or reach out to the employee on the day to confirm this but they refused.I was in Poland to attend a family funeral and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me, so I just wanted to get on the road, but perhaps I should have argued with the employee that I'm not signing any documents with the wrong price (lesson learned) but avoid this rental company unless you want to be scammed for money.I returned the car in perfect condition so they couldn't charge me for damages, so chose this as a way of making a quick buck. (AVOID)

Firma właśnie pobrała z mojego konta znaczną które. Bez uprzedzenia i bez wyjaśnienia za co. 4 miesiące po zakończeniu wynajmu.

Przy zwrocie samochodu pobrano kwotę w gotówce za brakujące paliwo, po czym kilka tygodni później taką samą kwotę ściągnęli z karty. Brak możliwości wyjaśnienia sytuacji. Widzę, że to nie pierwszy taki przypadek. Określenie ZŁODZIEJE" z poprzednich komentarzy nie jest nadużyciem. To prawda. Sytuacja miała miejsce w 2017-11-18 Lisbona

We have been waiting for the return of the car rental deposit for 1.5 months. Well done Europcar!

Europcar Mexico (in the Europcar offcial chain) is not a reliable.I travel a lot and have rented a lot of cars in my life, but here I was first time in my life disappointed with Europcar.The company force you to buy additional insurace for the car in the day of car pick up, even if it was not obligatory durring the reservation (in my case it was 195 USD). Without paying extra fee for aditional insurance (about wich I was not infomed durring the reservation or it was very hidden in the terms and conditions)- you will not take the car.I advise against using Europecar with Europecar Mexico.

Compagnie d'arnaqueurs et de voleurs qui saura très bien exploiter votre carte de crédit. ... à votre débit bien entendu. A éviter à tout prix.

Stay away! Myslalam, ze brak kompetencji to tylko pojedyncze przypadki w lokalnych punktach obslugi. Widze jednak, ze to teraz polityka calej firmy!? Oszukiwanie, naciaganie, olewanie klienra to teraz standardy Europcar

Po raz kolejny przekonuje ze ceny podane na stronie nie odpowiadają cenie docelowej((( z przykrością muszę przyznać ze nawet taka duża wypożyczalnia pozwala sobie na naciągania klienta. Samochód pożyczony był przed pośrednika w Europcar i przy odbiorze mimo podania danych i kuponu agent naciągnął na dodatkowe ubezpieczenie w razie wypadku zmniejszające wkład własny lub np opon i lusterek!! O tym oczywiście informuje pośrednik ale agent upiornie twierdził ze także dodatkowe jest niezbędne cl oczywiście jest totalna bzdura ! Proszę uważać na takie podwójnie chargowanie i nie zgadzać jeśli jasno jest podane przy zamówieniu ze jest AC i OC.
