Poor place. Managing staff has no skills to manage people, so they are only rushing them and increasing the load to get more for less investment. Trying to save where it only can be done, especially on employees, hiring preferably immigrants in order to pay less. They will cut your hours and benefits as much as possible and give you no place to grow. They will rise your pension occasionally (to cover annual inflation rate), but also their demands will rise faster then sound beam.
