I literally cannot say enough good things about this business. The customer service is 2nd to none and you receive replies so quickly. For me through their you tube page I've learned so much regarding the quads I purchased from them and even info on quads I didn't purchase from them they couldn't be more helpful and take the time to send lengthy responses for questions I have and now I'm actually able to maintain the quads myself. There are assembly videos regarding all of their stock and even videos showing how to change the brakes etc. The quads I bought are unreal and the way they were packaged for delivery was so good there was no danger of damage in transit. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. One of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. I will no doubt be back when my nieces and nephews get older and want a newer model lol

I have bought 2 minibikes here, the Gazelle 500w and the Jackal 1000w. First time the delivery was perfect, 2nd time the delivery came on a different day than planned so I lost 2 free days. I was not so happy with their logistics partner. But the bikes themselves are good and the price is fair.After some time the Gazelle stopped working. I contacted support, got very quick responses and they sent a new part under warranty. Turned out the problem was caused by loose wires in the ignition that I had to resolder and all was fine. Happy with the afterservice.I would definitely recommend them.

Eines vorweg. Der Servicekontakt ist sehr überzeugend. Weiterhin macht das gelieferte Pitbike Dorado 100ccm einen durchaus wertigen Ersteindruck. Die geringfügige Endmontage ist mit etwas geübten Werkstatthänden eine Kleinigkeit. Die ersten Runden mit dem Motorrad machten unserem Sohn sehr viel Spaß. Wir sind auf die Langlebigkeit gespannt.Einen Stern Abzug gibt's für die Modalität der Lieferung. Dass der Service der beauftragten Spedition, eine vorherige Absprache mit dem Kunden zur Zustellung zu treffen, durch MiniBikeStore nicht mit gebucht wird, führte zu zeit- und nervenraubenden Verzögerungen bei der Lieferung.

Very professional guys. The guy I talk with mails was very patient and solve all my answers. I want a control box and he sent to Greece very fast. in 4 days it was in my hands with every cable marked for not make any mistake. Sorry for my English.
