Booked an Auschwitz-Birkenau tour from the UK several months in advance.Can't fault the driver or tour guide, but the office needs to improve.We booked a 9am private transfer as on holiday and wanted a relaxed time. 2 days before, after lots and lots of unanswered phone calls to their office, they confirmed a 9am pick up. The very next day, they emailed to change it to a 7am pick up!! Way to early, especially as the hotel breakfast didn't start that early, and we're on holiday. Apparently, it was due to availability of tour guides (bear in mind I'd booked months in advance). Again, after many attempts to ring them and email, it was either the 7am start or a 10:30 start. Opted for the later start and was picked up ( slightly late) and taken to Auschwitz.As mentioned- driver and guide good, office and customer service not so good.

Do not book here. On a very short notice we were informed about the delay in change in time, the start of the tour. After we finished part 1, our Discover Cracow driver was missing. Also the lady of the organization was nowhere to be found. The telephone wasn't answered. We were with our group left alone, having no idea what and when the driver would return to pick us up for part 2 Birkenau. I had to call the USA Viatours to speak to someone who listened. They were very sorry for us that it was so badly organized. I paid 180 EU for 4 people and I got really bad service. I got no compensation for having a shorter stay in Auschwitz, for have a to quick round in Birkenau because the driver was gone to do something else. We only had 40 min left in Birkenau, we paid for a 3 hours tour.....there a far better companies than this.

This tour company is a con. We purchased the bus trip to Auschwitz including a ticket into Auschwitz and tour. We were sent tickets for only the bus, when we arrived at Auschwitz no guide arrived to greet us, after a phone call and 20 minutes the guide finally arrived, she handed us a guide book and that was it. The company had NOT pre-booked tickets to Auschwitz meaning that we could have been turned away. This was falsely advertised as the tour was simply a book. I would recommend booking a tour directly via the Auschwitz website and using a local bus or train company.With regards to the review reply, this is absolutely not the case - the booking confirmation also clearly states that we will be provided with tickets into Auschwitz, which we had paid for in advance, and this was not the case.“Entrance tickets to Auschwitz will be provided by the Discover Cracow host upon arrival in Auschwitz.” - this is taken directly from the booking website and was not the case. We had to sort out our own tickets on arrival, these were not provided by the host.As all recent reviews suggest, this company is operating in a very misleading manner.

Like other reviews, my time for the Aushwitz trip was changed for the following day, the day we arrived in Krakow, which completely threw my schedule out the window. I was given a refund but it left me trying to book another trip with other companies at short notice. I also asked to cancel my Schindler's Factory booking and a refund, as I had to reschedule the Aushwitz trip, but I was ignored. Out of the 3 trips I booked, I did travel to the Salt Mine which went according to plan.

We were supposed to go on a tour to Auschwitz starting 10:00 am. Late in the evening the night before our booking, we received an email informing us that the pick up time is moved to 07:00 am. Impossible for us to manage, ruined our trip.

I reserved a guided tour of Auchwitz for four people. The tour was scheduled to begin at 7:05 AM. Through a WhatsApp message, the company informed us that the tour hour had been rescheduled with less than 12 hours to go. Around 12:30 PM, they began the tour from Krakow, and by 2:15 PM, we had arrived at Auchwitz 1. They gave us a book guide (which is easily found online) and a free ticket for the 3:45 PM entry and left us alone with no guide. When arriving at Auschwitz II-Birkenau, the tour guide was rushing about a lot and gave a rather uninformative tour. And by the time it was dark there that nothing was clear. Very dissatisfied with the poor service they provide.

DO NOT USEChanged our pick up time for our trip without notifying us, after waiting around over one hour we rang and they informed us about time change..next day, for our second trip our time was 8.35 then changed to 8am only after waiting 30 mins we phoned company and was told bus left at 7.30am and there was no more buses that day. Very bad company would totally avoid. Missed out on salt mInes trip and barely made the auschwitz tour. Regarding reply…. This is not the case. You did not contact us. For our first trip to auschwitz camp we waited from 7am till 830 no bus came, when we finally got threw to the company we were then notified that we were changed to 12. Next day for salt mines we went to pick up at 8am, and once again there was no bus, when we called this time, I was told bud left at 7am and that there was no more buses that day. We we’re not the only people at the pick up point that day and let down with no notification.We never ended up making the trip. I would highly recommend not using ur company

Booked a tour to Auschwitz departure at 8.30. Waited at the spot, called the company at 9.00 - they told me it was cancelled. Noone told me in advance.They told me to meet at the same place next morning at 6.25. At 6.35 they called me and said a bus was waiting. I saw no busdriver and noone looked or asked for us - although we were the only ones standing at the waiting place at this time. A little earlier a bus had been there, but they were heading for a combined tour for Auschwitz and the salt mine and they asked for some other persons.Now (6.35) the company told me, that we had not met up the right place. We were standing at exact the same place where I met the previous day, when a lot of people stood there waiting for a bus tour. I kept saying that We were at the right spot, but she kept saying, that we were not. We had in a hurry to arrange our own tour or give it up.Some of the people I met the day before also told me, that their tour had been cancelled, but several busses came to collect others for the same tour. Very confusing.End result: We had to make the trip ourselves by train and to pay another entrance fee.Advice for possible customers of this firm:You can easily go to Auschwitz yourself by train from Cracow Glowny and book a ticket for a tour directly. It is probably more safe, if you are dependant of a certain day. You can also book tickets in advance directly on their website for a certain tour. Probably most safe in summer and other peak times. Come early as there are not so many people there.Cracow is a beautiful place with nice people. But this firm seems not to respect, that you have limited time and resources, when you book a ticket.

I am rarely one to complain but this is by far the worst experience I have had with a booked experience/ tour.We were told by our tour guide Adrianna by text to wait at the bus stop in Oswiecim. Next to one of the bus stops on our journey was a sign for reading Oswiecim. Seeing others get off the bus we reasonably assumed this was the bus stop Adrianna was referring to. We soon found out this was the bus station and one stop away from the museum.After waiting for 10 minutes for a response from the guide team we were told to get a taxi to the museum (at our own expense.) Once we arrived at the correct bus stop we were left waiting for another 20 minutes before Adrianna finally arrived. Upon raising our annoyance that we had now missed 30+ minutes of time at the museum Adrianna immediately became hostile and began shouting at me, saying it was our fault since others had arrived and we had been told to get off at the last stop. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the most belittled I have felt in a very long time.What could have been 15 minutes of lost time due to bad communication ended up ruining the whole experience due to the awful attitude of the staff. We were rushed around the museum and still ended up missing a significant portion of Auchswitz. We are visiting from the UK and paid significantly to come here only to have our trip ruined. On top of which we are yet to receive any response or apology from the supplier.I am disgusted to have paid for this service only to be spoken to like a child and miss significant parts of a museum that it’s unlikely I will have another opportunity to visit for a long time.

The company changed the tour hour with less than 24h informing us with an WhatsApp message... We booked at 8:30 and it was changed to 11:00, because of that, our tour was rushed and we could not enjoy the full potencial of the visit. The guide multiple times just repeated what was on the information tablets. Do not recomend. They remove their GetYourGuide post after getting bad reviews.
