Excellent location - good rooms. Nice breakfast. Reception staff is not particularly friendly but efficient. If coming back late at night, be prepared to ring the bell for a while for someone to open the door.

Just off the main square. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent, part hot, part cold. Many restaurants nearby.

Great location, couldn’t get any closer to the old town very happy with the location everything was on the door step. Staff very welcoming and happy to help. The room was lovely just perfect for a city break. Nice and clean and breakfast was satisfying. Would recommend if you want to be in great location of everything and walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, close to the main square in the old town. We had a large clean room on the first floor with a large comfy bed and a large marble tiled bathroom. Clean linen and towels. Light and airy breakfast room with a good selection of both hot and cold food. Friendly, helpful staff. There was a safe in the room, but we needed a key from reception to use it. Absolutely recommended.

Ogromną zaletą hotelu jest zapewne lokalizacja ale również bardzo przestronny pokój! Przeliczenie ceny co do jakości uwazam za odpowiednie. Pokoj czysty, obsługa w porządku, śniadania bez zarzutu! Jedynym minusem było to że podczas upalnego dnia w pokoju nie została włączona klimatyzacja przed zameldowaniem więc parę chwil należało odczekać w saunie" do momentu schłodzenia. Mimo tego małego szczegółu polecam to miejsce !"

I really enjoyed my stay at hotel Jan and would highly recommend it. We booked a standard double room which was very comfortable and warm. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and always available 24/7 should you need anything. Breakfast was nice and served in a nice, bright dining area from 7am-10am. There was a wide variety of food available for breakfast and it was tasty. Rooms were serviced every morning to a high standard.The location of the hotel was perfect; just down the street from the main square in Krakow and on a pedestrianised street. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location situated just off the main square which means you're close to all the restaurants and shops and there is a 24 hour shop close by. Only reason I give it 4 stars is the reception staff on our first night seemed quite short with us and not very welcoming and our room only had one bed which wasn't too much of a problem, the terrace in our room was lovely, but for paying extra for one of the apartment rooms i thought it would be bigger. Breakfast was great and always had lots of choice, the website gives the impression that there is a restaurant on site but the receptionist on the first night informed us that there wasn't. Other than the few negative points we had a lovely stay here, checkout was at 12pm and they held our luggage for us so we could go souvenir shopping as we had a late flight home.

Great 3*** hotel in a great location and only a 1 minute walk to the edge of the square, where there are lots of bars and restaurants around the square and on the side streets.We booked with B&B and the breakfast is a self service buffet with lots of choices to eat.Very friendly service and the rooms are clean, warm and quiet.We stayed 4 nights and couldn't fault this boutique hotel.Thanks Hotel Jan ......10/10

Hotel do polecenia .Pokoje czysciutkie,łazienka bardzo duza,smaczne sniadania,obsługa pierwszej klasy.Pan Kamil o kazdej porze pomocny ,przemiły jak röwniez pani Agata.Pozdrowienia dla całego personelu Hotel Jan.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, obsługa przemiła, śniadania przepyszne i duży wybór, pokój fajny, duży. Jedyne co mnie drażniło to słabe ciśnienie wody i czasem długie oczekiwanie aż zacznie lecieć ciepła woda.
