I'm sorry to say the experience with Warsaw has been very, very bad. In April 2018 I bought a juniperus, which to date I have not received and, given the circumstances, I think I will never receive it, since I can not find reasons that justify the shipment of a tree lasts for 32 months.The communication is very bad, not to say that it is non-existent, not answering the vast majority of the times I ask for news (I don´t receive the tree and I don´t receive information about it).At the beginning it was the tree has not responded well to the transplant (I imagine there will have been a new transplant during this time), then it was too hot to send it, and so on for almost three years.In October 2019, tired of the situation, I told him if he did not want to send me the tree he would return my money, but the answer was the same as always. None.Overall, it has been almost three years and I cannot feel otherwise that I have been scammed.Frankly, I have had to wait almost three years to decide to put this comment, so I think if I have been something in all this time is patient.I give you a star because it won't let me give you zero stars.Give me back the money!!
