Upton arrival there is ticket booth by luggage claim. We fell for it and purchased two tickets. Bus was planned for 9:30. When we went to bus stop, bus started closing door at 9:23 and did not let us in even though it did not appear as full. Shortly said to wait for next. Next was planned to depart at 10:00. No bus came. Next planned was at 11:00. We still waited outside thinking it was running late, minibus came at 10:40 but driver said to wait for bus at 11. Then we went to information desk, said that first bus left early - lady behind counter said that no, it left on time as she was there and saw it but so were we when driver closed doors on us and we looked at time. I said also next bus did not come and apparently it was cancelled which she told us only after some discussions. She then said to take minibus to our destination that will leave at 11 (even if driver told us that it is only with special reservation tickets). This bus left at 11:07 even though it was already full for some time. Driver was just walking around and talking with people.We give 0,5 stars as minibus driver was nice and polite at first and second 0,5 stars because we did reach our destination.Definitely suggest to avoid this company and just take public transportation that is much cheaper and leaves frequently. Just lost time, money and nerves.

My experience with Contbus was nothing short of a nightmare.We recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Contbus, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter with their services. Their actions were dishonest, manipulative, and ultimately ruined our day. The company made false claims about the availability of a luggage storage space at their working area this false report caused unnecessary panic, and subjected us to invasive security measures at the airport.We have had to pay penalty fine and storage due to incompetent worker who lied to us and no one will compensate this for us.I strongly advise anyone considering using Contbus to think twice. There are plenty of other bus companies that prioritize their customers and provide honest and reliable services.
