I picked up the cards today, five months after submitting the application. I've submitted the card applications two times. Both with Lukasz.1. He answered my questions quite fast.2. He collected the original documents at my place while I have to mail or bring them in person as with the other firm.3. He colletcted and checked the documents before recording fingerprints at the immigrant office. So I was able to bring the original documents back with me. The other law firm asked me to bring the original document on the day of recording fingerprints then they checked and submitted afterwards. I had to leave those original documents to them for quite a long time.4. When picking up cards, he arranged the payment ahead, no need to wait in the long line in front of the payment desk.Everything is well organized. I don't think I'd try other law office to apply the cards.
