Lovely 4 day stay in Krakow, hotel is superbly presented, very clean, small supermarket underneath selling essentials. Scooter hire is available directly opposite main door accessible through app on phone (recommended) alternatively a short 10 min walk from main square. Not much more to say other than it didn’t disappoint & would certainly return next time.

The room itself was adequate and clean, and the hotel was in a fairly decent location. However, after booking this apartment because of the reviews and amazing pictures, when we arrived we were very disappointed. The apartment doesn't look anything like the pictures, and the amenities are not up to scratch. We booked an apartment for our stay, so that we could go self catering and make breakfast ourselves. However, the room didn't have a microwave or toaster, which means we couldn't even have toast in the morning.Overall I'd rate this a 2 as it is a decent apartment, but not up to standard.

Lovely clean apartment and building in a great location. 10 minute walk from the main square.There is the main building and a second building across the courtyard. We were in the second building on the top floor. There is no lift in second building. Wasn't an issue for us.Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if re visiting the city

Bardzo dobre apartamenty w dobrej lokalizacji. Ciche. Nieźle wyposażone (choć piekarnik zamiast mikrofali nieco zaskoczył). Śniadania dobre i smaczne, choć trochę forma zaskakująca - aktualnie podali na tacy do pokoju.

Just got back from a 4 night break booked with Jet2We have arrived late afternoonBooking in was simpleThe apartments are renovated to a high standardVery warm and soundproofThe walk to the centre is about 10 mins which we did not find to be a problemThe teenagers in our group got e scooters back which you can leave outsideThese was very cheap

Enjoyed our stay here, nice clean room. Reception was very pleasant and helpful. Only negative was the door to the courtyard/bins, loudly slamming with every person who used it.

Really enjoyed our family apartment.Location is perfect for the old town, it is about 5 minutes walk.Very quiet location, grocery next door for milk and breakfast.
