Absolutely blown away by the exceptional service here. I was apprehensive about purchasing in the beginning as the item would have to be shipped from Poland to Singapore. However, Kasia quickly put me at ease and patiently answered all my questions. She even went to have the company registered for VAT refunds just to accommodate me.She went above and beyond. Words can’t describe how touched and impressed I am by the wonderful service I’ve received.

The dress is fine, but the shipping system is very bad. I bought my dress in the store and the guy there told me around two weeks for delivery. Then, I wrote them because I didn't have any info about the tracking number or something like that, and they told me We will send you a message". Ok...Three weeks later I wrote again. They told me the shipping actually is between 14-21 work days. Fine
