Spaces - Wroclaw, Wroclavia

Арендовали выделенный стол на два месяца (г. Вроцлав, Польша). При этом был дополнительно взят залог в размере месячной стоимости аренды. Было сказано, что залог вернется в течение месяца после окончания срока аренды. Залог до сих пор не вернули, хоть уже прошло 2,5 месяца. На письма с запросом возврата денег (которыми, получается, компания уже довольно долго безвозмездно пользуется) получаем стандартные отписки с просьбой подождать еще месяц.Не рекомендую к сотрудничеству, или же юридически нужно себя обезопасить от подобных ситуаций.P.S. Уже несколько раз подавали запросы через личный кабинет, получаем только стандартные отписки с общим смыслом Ожидайте". Хотя указанный в договоре месяц закончился полтора месяца назад"

I don't recommend! Attitude toward customers are not gentle but sometimes rude. Unkind explanation and unilateral communication.Also, please be careful when you click something in the website because their system does not seem to be considerate for customers. I was embarrased that I could not cancel the agreement, due to miscommunication, even before I make the payment, I am also angry with them charging of additional expenses different from prior explanation.

Amazing Location and very helpful staff especially Magdalena Markiewicz and Kateryna Samokhlib are extremely helpful. I have worked and been in many spaces locations. Wroclavia Spaces is the best so far mainly because of the helpful staff. Highly recommended !Never had any problem with toilet paper :)

Nice place to work, however my experience was brutally impacted by the following situation - yesterday there was no toilet paper in one of the mens room cabine, I reported it at the reception, I checked later the same day, nothing changed. I just went there again, 24h later and now there is no toilet paper in all of the cabines!. I went angry to the reception and reported it again, the comment was that the service was not there, I said than you should take care of that, the reply was for my own money?"

Love to work there. The stuff really creates a good atmosphere. Nice music, good coffee and clean office. You instantly notice that service is doing their job as they should. It's been a year and I've never had any issues. Highly recommended :)

Always great service. I like to use them for meetings and business when I am in Wroclaw. Great location at the Wroclawia mall with easy parking and right next to the main train station.

I have paid the invoice for monthly rent, but I still don't have access to the space. Support doesn't answer, manager can't solve the issue.
