Their team was outstanding in every way throughout the process!Lexmotion helped both myself and a family member obtain our citizenship confirmations. The process took just about eight months (July 2022 to March 2023) - a timeline that was largely due to government processing time rather than anything on Lexmotion's end. The whole time Anna and the team were always incredibly responsive, clear, and helpful. They took the time to carefully look at our case and determine the exact documentation needed. They then guided us through every step of the application process, including the steps needed to obtain our passports.

Obsługa Lexmotion była wspaniała.Even though I left Poland as a child, I still have warm and fond feelings for my fatherland. Every time I visit my heart beats a bit faster and I am joyful. On my last visit I decided to affirm my connection by having a Polish Passport. I searched for firms which offered services to confirm Polish citizenship. Lexmotion caught my eye and I contacted them. Despite COVID Patrycja and staff worked with government authorities to get an updated copy of my birth certificate and a confirmation of citizenship from the Western Pomeranian Voivodeship. Additionally they processed a name change. My US passport has by default of the English language a small name change from Jarosław to Jaroslaw. In order to match my US identity I had to change my name in Poland, by changing the Ł to L. Patrycja kept me updated as documents arrived in her office. She answered questions promptly. Lexmotion provided excellent service.

I reached out to LEXMOTION in order to get my Polish passport and proof of citizenship in January of 2022. Although my case should be straight forward, I was unable to secure many documents on my own from the United States. LEXMOTION was extremely helpful and clear on what was needed from me, and advised me every step of the way of how long things should take and when we have moved to the next step in the process. I got the final approval from Polish authorities on the confirmation of my citizenship in April of 2023, and I am taking the documents to the consulate in July of 2023 to get my passport and finalize the process. Everything went smoothly, took about as much time as I was told it would, and without issue. This was a great experience and I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to get their Polish citizenship. For reference, I was born in Poland to Polish parents, moved to the United States 37 yrs ago and no longer had any of my documentation or old passport from the 80s but LEXMOTION asked all the appropriate questions and was able to get me new copies of everything that I need to continue enjoying my citizenship (Polish birth certificate, Polish proof of citizenship, Polish marriage certificate, and Polish passport). Thank you for helping me gain Polish citizenship! For me the citizenship process took just under a year and the team at Lexmotion were very nice and provided me with monthly updates. Once all of my citizenship documents were confirmed they (along with my original documents I had mailed them) were returned to me so that I could apply for a Polish passport. I was applying from England but the appointments at the consulates on the UK mainland were non-existent so I went to Belfast instead which was quick and easy. The passport arrived within 3 weeks of sending the application off from the consulate.

My journey to become a Polish citizen commenced in January 2022 where I approached Lexmotion. They were very knowledgeable and were very prompt with answering all my questions.In regards to my timeline I think this is important as it could help other clients understand how long this process could take. As it could be done very quickly or it could take some time. This is not a gym membership but citizen confirmation of a wonderful country. My papers and evidence were submitted by Lexmotion in early April 2022. After this my case was assessed by the the Provincial Office in Warsaw, the Provincial Office in Krakow and the Polish Consulate in London. Throughout this time I remained patient even though I remained excited with the prospect of me and my two children becoming Polish Citizens. Sywia provided updates and responded to any queries I had promptly even though my case was with the Polish authorities under assessment or waiting to be assessed. Fast forward now to June 2023, I have had mine and my two children’s citizenship confirmed and all documents to apply for my Polish passport and PESEL are in my possession. My babcia and dziadek were so proud when I shared the good news and I and my children were so thankful for their support. So overall it took my case 14 -15 months from submission to the Polish authorities to Lexmotion notifying me on the confirmation. A brilliant law firm, patiently guiding me through gaining my citizenship, which took a very long time due to tracking down lost documents. They never gave up trying and I finally gained my citizenship. They have also made the arrangements for family members to have their citizenships, and I cannot praise Lexmotion enough for making the process so easy and straightforward. After some other family of mine went through Lexmotion to receive their Polish citizenship, I decided to go through the process as well. Communication with their lawyers was always friendly, quick, and simple. The only reason the process took as long as it did for me (a year and a half) was due to me not responding promptly always, and I appreciated that the lawyers were always kind and understanding when I took long to respond.
