Terrible customer service and communication. They send broken product. Need to pay €20 in order to send it back. They don’t address the issue. Additionally it comes up they provided me with a refurbished camera in the first place. Requested refund, still send “fixed” item back without taken the refund request into account. Additionally they try to actively block every communication via mail, to try to delay in order to stretch to 14 day point where refund is no longer obliged.
