Where do i start. The reception is not organised at all, nobody you can ask anything, so you just sit there and wait. One hour after the appointment time you finally get called in, and suddenly the doctor says that you are supposed to bring your X Ray in - and if you don't have it he will not treat you. Even though you were never informed that this was required. So that's a huge waste of time, especially if you have travelled for this appointment from another country.
