Topolowa Residence

Świetna i wspierająca obsługa, na prawdę zależy im by było nam w hotelu dobrze :)Pokoje wyglądają super, czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo.Śniadanie bardzo smaczne i zróżnicowane.Na pewno wracając do Krakowa spojrzę na wolne pokoje :)

Apartamenty na poziomie pięciu gwiazdek, czyste, duże i zadbane, obsługa bardzo przyjemna, dobra lokalizacja .

Great location and nice rooms. The elevator is needed to have this place to be perfect (to get suitcase to the top floor).

Absolutely superb. This hotel has some huge rooms with a Television in the main room and one of the bedrooms. Breakfast served was incredible with a huge variety of items such as pastries, meats, cheese, yogurt and much more . Drinks are also served at breakfast, such as orange juice, water and you can order coffee from the bar free of charge (only with breakfast.) The location is great, very close the the tram line, hence giving you many good connections to many places such as old town, the train station and other places similar. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't help enough. I highly recommend you to consider staying at the Topolowa Residence if you need a place to stay in Krakow. Fantastic.

Świetna lokalizacja blisko centrum.Dwa kroki od dworca autobusowego, kolejowego. Czysto, miła atmosfera i zgrany, pomocny zespół. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Dziękuję za gościnę i pozdrawiam :)

Przemiła obsługa, która na bieżąco reaguje na zapytania. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (blisko dworca i rynku). Polecam

We spent three nights in Topolowa Residence last week. The place is beautifully designed, the rooms gorgeous and impeccably clean. It is located very close to the train station and a short walk to the Old Town. Their breakfast was delicious and everyone working there could not be nicer and more accommodating. We will definitely stay there again on our trips to Cracow. Highly recommended to everyone who likes a place that is quiet, intimate and perfect.

This is the second time we have been hereThe rooms are really good and very bigBreakfast there is a big selection also drinks. The staff cant do enough for youThe reason for the 4 stars on the service is because, i tried to get a room with a bath and the email i recieved the second time i requested was a bit rude saying ( JUST LIKE LAST TIME.THIS ROOM ONLY HAS A SHOWER.THE BATHTUB HAS EXECUTIVE SUITES.) I quote.I didn't have a problem paying but this is the responce i got back no offer of the room ?????
