Szybka Paczka GLS

I encountered a very boorish behavior of the parcel delivery man. I live alone and still speak and understand Polish poorly (I am from Ukraine). I asked to switch to English when the delivery man called me and asked if I was at home. he ignored my request, so I started trying to speak Polish with him. He asked to open the door to the entrance, but I did not receive a domofon call from him. After 1 minute he came to me on the floor and shouted at me first in Polish, and then in Russian (why in Russian ???). He shouted at me for a long time, saying that I was playing the fool, that I did not understand Polish. He also said that the domofon did not work (I did not know about this, no one came to visit me for the last month). My day was ruined by this person, I will not advise anyone to contact your delivery service. Complete rudeness, no tolerance.

The courier brought the parcel a day before the agreed time, and refused to bring it on the agreed date. He said that he would leave the 20 kg parcel at the nearest post office for me to pick it up myself. I have no idea how I am supposed to pick up this heavy parcel myself.
