6 of us recently visited Krakow for a weekend away and contacted Visitbus for information on local tours. Pawel was very prompt on replying answering all our questions. We booked a tour to the salt mines and Austwick. On our first day Pawel arrived on time and drove us to the salt mines, he walked us up to where we needed to meet our English tour guide and gave clear instructions where to meet after the tour. The following day Lucas arrived to take us to Austwick, lucas was very informative and gave lots of information about to expect from the tour. As the tour is split over two sites, lucas was there ready to transport us from one site to another. Pawel and Lucas really made our weekend a success and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Krakow!
