We had a good experience renting a car from here. We did have help from our relatives who were local to help with translation etc. The car was a bit smaller than what we thought in regards to boot space but we got by. It was clean and ran smoothly and we had no issues.

System pozwala na wybranie i opłacenie samochodu nie podlegającego pod wiek kierowcy. Dopiero przy check-in okazuję się, że danego samochodu nie można używać ze względu na wiek (dokładniej jest nieznany błąd" i trzeba skontaktować się z supportem). Support zamiast pomóc rozwiązać sytuacje broni się Regulaminem i ogólnie poleca radzić sobie sam."

Hertz send me a bill for a tiny scratch on the bumber of 1552.88 Zloty. About 355 Euro. This is a total rip off. I'm astonished an international company doesn't care more about their reputation.

We hired our car in Berlin but needed some information about tolls. The young man was very helpful. (Some sections of the A4 has toll collection booths and you can pay there. Some sections do not have a booth and you have to buy toll tickets at a gas/service station or online.)

The office confirms me the day before my renting that I can pass by on the afternoon. Once there, office is closed. They tell me they didn’t have enough reservations to open it and to go at their airport office. I won’t go there anymore.

Very poor experience.I returned car in perfect condition on Sunday afternoon and on the Monday morning they charged me 350EUR for scratches I didn't make. Based on return papers I did NOT signed. That's amazing something like this is allowed. I will never use Hertz and recommend you not to use this point in Krakow.

I rented a car from them last year from April 19th-May 1st. The counter person was helpful and the gentleman that worked there agreed to come outside with me and go over all the scratches and scuffs on the car. I did not want to get charged extra for anything I did not do. I returned the car in Warsaw airport. No issues. No extra charges. You must have an international drivers license.

Friendly and helpful staff, Can recommend. Prices go up a bit if you take the best insurance, but this is normal and I think you should go for the good insurances.

No problems with rental and return, small office, conveniently located in city center. Great experience overall
