Ordered a dress my fiance REALLY wanted back in march of this year 2020. To this date no dress has arrived, very poor communication on their part. And had to demand a refund only JUST to get it today on the 11th of July.

I purchased a dress from Eric Dress online on 9/25/19 and it arrived on 10/7/19. When I tried it on, I realized the sleeves were too short and the dress was too long. I reached out to your customer support on 10/12/19, 10/14/19, 10/17/19, 10/18/19, and 10/24/19. I have asked multiple times for your return address and you will not supply me with that. Instead you offered me a $15 refund for me to keep the dress. Then in another correspondence you offered me a $25 refund to keep it. And you suggested that I take it to a local tailor to have it fixed. I have had things altered by tailors and for a dress like this, it would cost $100 to do that. Besides, once I received the dress in the mail, I can see that it is very cheaply made and not worth spending any more money on it. Your last correspondence offered me a 40% refund when nowhere on your site does it say you won’t refund 100% of the price of their merchandise.

My daughter ordered a dress for my sons wedding coming up Saturday. When she did her order her delivery date was 7 to 10 days. Order was done on 4/2. After not receiving her dress she emailed customer service only to be given another del8very date of 15 to 20 days, which is past the wedding date of 4/24. Very Poor customer service, and she can't contact anyone to even get a refund in time to attempt to find something else!!!! Not happy with you all at all!!!!!!!
