1) contracts:

- drafting and reviewing contracts (including following agreements: implementation, licences, cloud services, body leasing and other forms of outsourcing of IT services)

- advising on issues surrounding the contracts (including strategy development, negotiations, assessment of solutions in terms of compliance)

2) procurement process:

- preparation and verification of documentation (including Terms of Reference, tenders, contracting authorities' requests and contractors' explanations)

- acting for the clients before the National Chamber of Appeal and the President of the Public Procurement Office

3) disputes:

- at the pre-court stage/out of court (including correspondence between the parties, negotiations, arrangement of the action strategy)

- at the court stage/in court (including as an attorney before courts of two instances)

4) telecommunication:

- in regulatory consultancy

- contracts


I have also built experience as an in-house lawyer. This has allowed me to become familiar with a broad spectrum of business issues and other areas of law, including commercial and labour law.
