Good service and friendly staff, all bikes are in good shape, but the problem is that the bike is quite heavy and quite bad control, however the biggest problem is the basket in front which is very noisy, add an extra unnecessary weight, and have a huge advertisement in front, not recommended, better find some other place with good trekking or mountain bike

Really friendly Staff, really helpful. Brand new bikes Batavuses Quip's available in two sizes 55cm and 49cm stepthrough frames, they also modified seat levers to make it easier to adjsut height od the seat on Your way, theres always a leverage to unlock seat clamp. They also have E-bikes - Sparta Maraton. They organise tours in english as well as in dutch, it is best to call them or contact via their website to books a tour. Their Guides are just taking it to another level of awesomeness. Tour takes around 3,5hrs. They have second shop at Jewish quarters Józefa 12 and its possible to rent at one and return at second most of the time. If You want to rent a bike - this place is a must, best in Cracow. Would recommend to everyone 5/5.

Cool service with excellent Bikes !! Super comfortable seats and amazing shifting gear and good breaks. — guided tour is too much centred on Jewish History and would be best to balance it out with other religions. Continue to improve.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Good price for a day rental. Bikes are mint and very comfortable. It was amazing to explore Krakow on a bike! Grazie!
