Excellent location, easy to walk everywhere, lots of places to eat nearby. Room was lovely, shower good. Nice quiet area.

Doskonale położony, w bocznej uliczce tuż przy największych zabytkach Gdańska. Z okna widziałem katedrę.Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Własny parking!Pokój dość przestronny i czysty. Woda oraz zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty w pokoju. Niestety kawa nie nadawała się do picia.Bardzo dobre i różnorodne śniadanie. Niezła kawa do śniadania.

Śniadania urozmaicone, pokój czysty, obsługa przemiła a do tego rewelacyjne położenie przy starówce a jednocześnie na uboczu nie słychać gwaru z zewnątrz.

Polecam. Mieliśmy z mężem przyjemność spędzić kilkudniowy pobyt pod koniec czerwca. Kultura osobista pracowników na wysokim poziomie, pokoje czyste i przestronne, odpowiednio wyposażone, śniadania urozmaicone i smaczne. Lokalizacja doskonała na zwiedzanie miasta.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, so the location couldn't be better! The room was spacious, very clean, included some extra facilities like small refrigerator, kettle etc.Bed was super comfy (if you like bit harder beds).Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Gdansk couple of streets back from long market. Clean comfortable rooms, nicely decorated, will definitely stay again.

My family and I visited Gdansk several weeks ago. We were looking for clean and convenient accommodations to the old city. We found what we were looking for with Aparthotel Neptun. Our accommodations were comfortable, clean and convenient to the old city. There was a well stocked kitchenette in our apartment. The staff was extremely accommodating. Parking was available at the hotel. There were many breakfast options to choose from. Our stay at Aparthotel was a very pleasant experience.

We love this hotel, especially the location and reasonable prices, even during the high season! We have stayed here 3 separate times, over the last 1.5 years. The location is steps away from all of the main restaurants and old town. The upgraded rooms are comfortable and have nice kitchenettes with stove, dishwasher, fridge and plates/utensils. Serice at the front desk has always been fantastic. Anything that we requested was handled professionally and quickly. Gdansk is a hidden gem and so is this hotel! We will be back again!

An absolutely amazing hotel! The location of the property is perfect - tucked away for peace and quiet, but still right in the middle of the action. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I had breakfast on my first day there which was nice, but the spread isn’t as varied as some might wish for (the price is reasonable, though). I will definitely stay here again when I return to Gdańsk.
